Good Folk Brewing opened its brewpub in late 2022. The brewery was started by the family behind local hospitality venues (the Elsley family), bringing years of bar/restaurant experience to the craft-beer world.

 

Their motto is simple: “Good Folk. Good Beer.” - a laid-back, no-fuss approach to quality craft beer, with an emphasis on accessibility and enjoyment rather than pretension.

 

The adventure begins at the quirky pizza shopfront. Then step through the door - that looks like a vintage drinks dispenser - to find a speakeasy that sets the tone for the entire experience.

The brewery serves a core range of beers including IPA's, lagers, mid-strength beers, darker beers, plus their standout “hero” brew: Danny's Wedge Tropical Pale Ale, a tropical-fruited pale ale that’s become a signature of Good Folk.

 

On top of the core lineup, they regularly release seasonal, limited-batch or experimental beers (e.g. sours, hazy pale ales, DIPA's, pilsners, etc.), giving variety for beer lovers looking for something different.
