Modus is a flagship brewery venue combining a fully operational brewery, large-scale bar & dining space, and hospitality/entertainment facilities with a beachside vibe.

 

The venue can accommodate ~300 people and features multiple function rooms (e.g. Barrel Room, Pavilion, Operandi Room, Oasis Lounge) — making it suitable for casual visits, group outings, events, and larger gatherings.

Tap list/Beer variety: Expect up to 36 taps featuring the vast core Modus beer range that includes their non‑alcoholic line under the “NORT” brand.

Food & dining: The kitchen serves “elevated pub fare” — share plates, South‑American inspired dishes, seafood, burgers/wings, vegan options, and more. They also aim to use local Australian ingredients where possible.
